What’s covered
You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, as long as the item is unused, in its original packaging, and with all accessories included.
To start a return, contact us first. We’ll confirm the next steps before you send anything back.
How to return

Wait for authorisation and instructions.

Pack the item securely and include your order number.

Send it back to the address we provide.
If we approve a return but fail to provide a return label, you may send the item back with proof of postage.
Items not eligible
Some items may not be eligible for return if they are:

sealed products with broken manufacturer seals,
-
personalised or clearance items where the description states they are final sale.
Return shipping
For change-of-mind returns, return postage is your responsibility unless we state otherwise. If the item is faulty or not as described, we may provide a prepaid return label.
