Our office hours are 10:30 AM to 8:00 PM, Sunday to Friday. We are closed on Saturdays.

Can I cancel or change my order?
If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, contact us as soon as possible. Once dispatched, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.

Shipping
How long does delivery take?
Orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday are usually dispatched the same day. Most UK deliveries arrive within 1–3 working days.
Can I track my delivery?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, we’ll email you a tracking number.
What if my order is delayed?
If your delivery is taking longer than expected, contact us and we’ll check with the courier.
What happens if my order is marked as delivered but I haven’t received it?
Contact us within 10 days of the delivery date so we can investigate the issue.

You can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original packaging.

Who pays for return shipping?
For change-of-mind returns, return postage is the customer’s responsibility. If the item is faulty or incorrect, we’ll cover the return cost.
