Shipping Policy

How we deliver your order

We aim to get your items to you quickly and reliably. Orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) are typically dispatched same day. Delivery times may vary, but most UK orders arrive within 1–3 working days.

Dispatch & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, we’ll send you a confirmation email with your tracking number. Use that number to follow your delivery with the courier.

Delivery Issues

If a delivery shows as delivered but you haven’t received it, contact us within 10 days with proof of non-receipt (for example, correspondence from the courier). We’ll investigate and take appropriate action.

If a parcel arrives damaged, refuse delivery and contact us immediately with photos of the packaging and item so we can assist you.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges (if any) will be shown at checkout. We may offer free delivery promotions from time to time.

Lost Parcels

If a parcel is lost in transit, we will work with the courier to resolve the issue. In cases where loss is confirmed, we will issue a refund or replacement as appropriate.
