What’s covered

You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, as long as the item is unused, in its original packaging, and with all accessories included.

To start a return, contact us first. We’ll confirm the next steps before you send anything back.

How to return

  1. Contact us at wecare@phonebay.co.uk to request a return.

  2. Wait for authorisation and instructions.

  3. Pack the item securely and include your order number.

  4. Send it back to the address we provide.

If we approve a return but fail to provide a return label, you may send the item back with proof of postage.

Items not eligible

Some items may not be eligible for return if they are:

  • sealed products with broken manufacturer seals,

  • personalised or clearance items where the description states they are final sale.

Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns, return postage is your responsibility unless we state otherwise. If the item is faulty or not as described, we may provide a prepaid return label.
