When refunds are issued

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method.

Refunds typically show in your account within 14 working days of approval. The time it takes to show in your account depends on your payment provider.

Deductions

In rare cases, you may see deductions if the product isn’t returned in original condition, or if return shipping costs are applicable as described above.

If your order used a third-party payment plan (like Klarna or Clearpay), refunds will follow those provider rules.
