Manufacturer & Seller Warranty

Most products come with a manufacturer’s warranty. If a product develops a manufacturing fault within the warranty period, contact us so we can help you make a claim.

What’s covered

Warranty typically covers manufacturing defects but not:

  • accidental damage

  • water damage

  • battery wear

  • cosmetic damage

How to claim

  1. Contact wecare@phonebay.co.uk with your order details.

  2. Provide photos or description of the issue.

  3. Return the item as instructed.

We will assess and either repair or replace the product under warranty where eligible.
